I honestly feel that the best way to get your life on track is to begin by focusing on YOURSELF. Forget what anyone else wants...and forget about those plans you made just to make someone else content. Your life is solely about YOU. Once you have yourself in a place where you feel organized, content, and satiated, you can THEN focus on other people.
The first thing to focus on is the way you view yourself. A lack of confidence will poison your mind which will then hinder you from your full potential in any aspect of life. Let's begin with your physical body. I've found that getting yourself into a mind state where you can focus all your energy on living a healthy lifestyle can be quite tricky. Especially with all those temptations such as fast food, sweets, alcohol, all those unwanted preservatives in easy things such as microwavable dinners. As hard as it may seem, being healthy can actually be quite simple. All it takes is the proper motivation. Whatever that motivation is, USE IT. Take it and make it into something that will drive you to grow into that confident, sexy individual you have always wanted to be.
Once you've decided that you want to eat healthy, it is time to focus on a proper workout routine. They say that the road to a lean body is 30% gym, 70% diet... and that abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. This saying is very true but that doesn't mean you shouldn't incorporate AT LEAST 4 hours of physical activity a week. With the combination of physical activity and healthy diet, you will see the pounds melt off.
With all of that being said, WELCOME TO MY BLOG. The purpose of this blog is to help and inspire those who are searching for new ways to become healthy, fit, and inspired.
