About Me

Hi there, I'm Kimberly. I am a 24 year old actress, yogi, daughter, sister, friend, fashion designer, makeup artist, foodie and world traveler. I currently reside in Los Angeles, California but am constantly exploring new places as often as possible.

I am an adventure seeker and find that keeping busy is what drives and keeps me motivated. Sono Italiana, and I have immediate family that resides in Rome, Italy. I absolutely love being creative in every way possible. You have some paints lying around? I'll try to create a portrait. Old pair of jeans you don't like? I will revamp them and make them into something completely different. I try my best to turn every situation into a journey of self discovery, whether it is big or small. I like to push my boundaries and see what I am capable of. To me, being in an uncomfortable situation is exciting because it gives me room to grow and gain new experiences that I can share with others.

I am passionate about constantly becoming a healthier, happier individual. Throughout the years, I have developed a love of learning new ways to strengthen my body, nurture my mind, and to live in a constant state of awareness. I truly believe that it is by understanding ourselves first where we can find ourselves. Think about it: when was the last time you meditated and truly appreciated the little things in life?

I've developed this blog for those of you who share my similar beliefs while keeping in mind our modern day society. For example, in order to stay healthy and mentally sane, one must stay clear of temptations such as alcohol and sex. Wrong! The message I want to convey is that one does not have to be perfect or become a Buddhist in order to live a happy, healthy, and spiritual life. I simply want to share with each of you the things that make me truly happy.

So please join me on this fascinating journey as I blog about the latest workout trends, gear, health foods, and other inspiring things that make us all smile!
